Our self-owned polyester texturing workshop processes raw polyester POY yarn into high-stable DTY textured filament, the core raw material for our velour & towel cloth.
 
Equipped with advanced texturing spinning machines, we precisely control yarn elasticity, bulkiness and fineness to eliminate unstable fiber defects, laying solid foundation for fluffy, water-absorbent finished fabric.
 
All raw yarn is produced in-house under strict quality inspection, fully supporting customized yarn specifications for varied velour/towel product development.

In our professional weaving department, we adopt high-speed circular knitting & specialized velour looms to convert textured polyester yarn into grey fabric of microfiber towel cloth and velour velvet.
 
Experienced technicians monitor loom running status round-the-clock to standardize fabric density, pile height and base structure, ensuring uniform fabric flatness and consistent plush pile for final finished goods.
 
Independent weaving production shortens lead time and enables flexible customization on width, weight and weave structure for global buyers.

Our integrated dyeing & finishing plant carries out environmentally friendly dyeing, color fixation and soft finishing for  towel cloth & velour fabric.
 
With full-set overflow dyeing machines and post-finishing equipment, we guarantee excellent color fastness, no fading after repeated washing while optimizing handfeel to reach ultra-soft plush texture featured by our microfiber products.
 
Strict lab color and quality testing will be done before delivery to match global textile quality standards.
